You send this guy a donor cartridge and some money and then he will reprogram it into one of the listed games (assuming the donor is an appropriate match). Not only can you get translated Japanese games and prototypes, you can also get popular fan-made hacks like Mario Adventure and Tecmo Super Bowl with an updated roster. The high quality labels are also a nice touch.

If the associated board and label fit, it would be fun to have this guy put one of the games into an ugly pool-paint blue Color Dreams cartridge. That would definitely give it some unlicensed cred.
