Three scans this evening from the 1991 Batman Annual Armageddon 2001. I got this issue a few weeks ago from the Hero House at Fountain Square in downtown Indianapolis.

According to a couple of the reviews I found on YouTube, this game is terrible. The music seems decent:
This ad is my favorite of the three. The Road Warriors look really pissed. I am sure I played this game a few times but I don’t remember if Eazy-E, Dr. Dre, or Ice Cube were playable characters. Maybe they were unlockable.
